Actually chfto w roh lel cstrike_download w bdlto if i'm not wrong, I think it would be better ida ndiro vote about this, inside the the server and here in the forum.

I disagree with the idea of costume skins, since most of us are using their own costume skins for weapons... and I really hate if the server automatically change my default skin to their skin (and I believe others too)... you get the idea.

Hi everyone, there is a problem in the server configuration, players are allowed to use any costume 3rd-party sprays, which is no good because some players may upload unethical sprays. To fix this just to set "sv_allowupload" to "0" inside "server.cfg". Hope you take this into account.
