A lot of players keep waiting to join Automix servers and play a game or two but you can end up waiting almost 2hrs waiting to join the servers and another hour spectating, i think it's because of the 'retry' thing in console keeping players waiting a lot there is a plugin to stop players from auto retry and joining server immediately and keeping others waiting. Hope you consider my suggestion. Peace
