  i use VPN and I Go Play then the server didn't respond i mean the server stoped me when i try to join then i changed the router passworrd and i disable VPN and IN CONSOLE I FIND THAT THE SERVER BAND ME SO PLEASE HELP !!!

you are not banned u can try to join the server and tell us if u have any trouble.

None banned you, That happened because you tried to connect the server with the same SteamID with different IP addresses.

for that reason server not letting you connect (Server protection).
To solve that just restart your router/modem network to get fresh IP.
