Auto Banned (burst)

Hello, Im part of a staff in a CS 1.6 Server and lately we have been experiencing a lot of problems with this issue
"Banned for move commands flooding (burst)" , It happens to almost all players in the server..

here how you can fix it "rehlds issue"
